Cost:
Main Program (ages 7-16): $285 for each two-week session
Initiation Program (ages 5-6): $285 for each two-week session
Daycare Service $115 per 2-week session:
Morning supervision 7:30 - 8:30 am and Daycare service with organized activities from 2 pm - 6 pm
Additional Cost for 2pm Special Activity for 2-week session
Garage Band OR Computer Music: $150 *
* $110 when also registered for daycare service
Registration fee:
$25 per person (non-refundable)

Session Dates
Session 1: July 05 to July 16
Session 2: July 19 to July 30
Session 3: August 2 to August 13
Payment at registration in full or in two cheques
- 20% of total plus $25 per person registration fee - cheque dated on registration date
- remainder balance cheque post-dated as follows:
Post date cheque June 25 for Session 1 (commences July 05)
Post date cheque July 09 for Session 2 (commences July 19)
Post date cheque July 22 for Session 3 (commences August 02)
IMPORTANT - please be sure to include your child′s medicare card number when you mail your cheque(s) along with a copy of the registration form(s)
- or include a photocopy of the medicare card with your cheque(s)

fill out registration form (ages 7+) | fill out registration form (ages 5-6)
Step 2
Make your cheque(s) payable to Centre d'Art de Préville in full or in 2 cheques as described above
Mail both cheques (include the names of children registered and your child′s medicare card number) to:
